Competition Brief
The Ministry for Rural Affairs and the Environment of the Government of Malta, hereby announces a public competition to invite Landscape Architects to submit their bid for a rehabilitation Masterplan of the waste management complex at Magħtab, including the Magħtab uncontrolled landfill and adjoining controlled landfill sites of Ta’ Zwejra and Għallis. Participants should be registered and licensed in their own countries and with at least five years experience in the profession. The winning design team shall consist of a minimum of four professional employees, preferably a multi-disciplinary team, with a proven track record of competence that accords with the size and complexity of this competition.
